Sponsorships

The purchase of a table keeps the museum operational at a basic level for about a week using only volunteer labor, but we depend on additional funding to truly be able to carry out the museum's mission. Your sponsorship makes it possible for us to maintain the facility, rotate exhibits, and offer a variety of educational programs to the community.

Gold Sponsorships - $5,000

  • Two tables of 8 at banquet (VIP seating)
  • Two reserved parking spaces at banquet
  • Full page ad and recognition in banquet program
  • Placement on donor plaque at the museum

 

Silver Sponsorships - $2,500

  • Table of 8 at banquet
  • One reserved parking space at banquet
  • Half page ad and recognition in banquet program

 

Bronze Sponsorships  - $1,500

  • Table of 8 at banquet
  • One reserved parking space at banquet
  • Recognition in banquet program

 

Ticket Sales

Tables (seat 8) — $1,000

Individual Tickets — $125

Sponsorships, tables, and individual tickets may be purchased in person at the museum or online.

Purchases made at the museum can be made using cash, check, or credit card during regular operating hours.

Ad Sales

If you are interested in purchasing an ad in our banquet program, please email banquet@bvaam.org. We need ads by January 31, 2025.
