Appointment Request
Patrons who would like to request an appointment to access our family history research resources with one-on-one assistance from a trained family history volunteer may complete the form below.
The FamilySearch program is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12-5 PM, and on Saturdays from 12-4 PM. Time slots are available in one hour increments and up to the next 10 available slots will be shown on the form.
